SplitHTTP 的下行很纯粹，原理上速度应该差不多，但 H2 是多路复用会被单 TCP 连接限速，所以多线程测速不如 WSS，而 H3 取决于运营商的 UDP 策略，我这边 H3 似乎比 WSS 快很多，并且 WSS 有时会被阻断。
